New Delhi : India suffered a devastating 10-wicket defeat against England in the Semi-Final 2 of the T20I World Cup on Thursday at Adelaide Oval. There was no batting display from Surya kumar Yadav as he has been fantastic in the entire tournament.

Once again in important Semi-Final  match Indian openers failed to score runs and put up the team in trouble. Kl Rahul got out early and Skipper Rohit Sharma struggled with bat .He played 28 ball and scored just 27 runs.

It was Kohli and Hardik who scored 50 and 63 respectively took India to the valuable total of (168). Hardik took just 33 balls to score 63 runs with five sixes and 4 fours in his innings.

Before the start of second inning target set by India seemed to good total but England’ openers Jos Buttler and Alex Hales batted brilliantly who remained unbeaten. Buttler and Hales scored 80 and 85 respectively. They chased down 169 without loosing a single wicket with 24 balls left.

It was very disappointing performance by Indian bowlers as they could not manage to take a single wicket in important Semi-Final tournament. With this victory England entered into the Final where they have to play with Pakistan on 13th November.

Speaking at the Post-match presentation Indian Skipper Rohit Sharma accepted the fact that they were not able to do what they had been doing the entire tournament.” yeah, pretty disappointed how it turned out today. When it comes to knockout matches, it is all about handling the pressure “.
