MeitY Startup Hub : The Startup Mahakhumb 2024 marks the beginning of an unprecedented event that brings together India’s vibrant startup community under one roof. Held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from March 18-20, 2024, under the theme ‘Bharat Innovates,’ the event aims to ignite innovation, facilitate networking, and create growth opportunities for startups, investors, incubators, accelerators, and industry leaders across various sectors.

A highlight of the event is the MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) innovation showcase, where the MeitY Pavilion serves as a center for innovation and entrepreneurship. Over 40 groundbreaking startups took the stage to present their cutting-edge innovations, providing a dynamic platform for interaction with industry experts, investors, and potential partners. This interaction fosters valuable connections and growth opportunities, showcasing the creativity and potential of emerging startups.

Shri Jeej Vijay, CEO of MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), contributed valuable insights to a panel discussion on “Funding DeepTech: Venture Capital’s Perspective on Research-Backed Startups,” addressing critical challenges and opportunities in the startup space. His expertise shed light on navigating the complexities of venture capital funding, particularly for startups focused on deep technology and research-driven innovations.

To support the growth of startups, MeitY Startup Hub hosted a Startup Masterclass as part of the event, providing practical knowledge and networking opportunities aimed at enhancing success in the startup ecosystem. Additionally, an exclusive Incubator Masterclass covered essential topics such as fundraising, mentorship, ecosystem building, and best practices in startup incubation.

MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) is an initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in the technology sector. MSH supports startups, incubators, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) through various programs to drive digital transformation and promote India’s leadership in emerging technologies.
